This is a super fun and simple way to get our littles to connect with themselves, their bodies and their brains and reflect on their emotions. Emotions often manifest in our bodies physically and when we start to notice and take note of how each emotions affects us physically then we can start to recognise the signs when these big feelings are arising so we can start to self regulate.
Each board is A5 in size (14.9cm x 21cm) and is printed to order in-house by us and has rounded corners perfect for little hands. Gone are the days of single-use pages using a dry-erase pen (whiteboard pen) and just wipe away those worries time and time again.
Do not use ANY other pen other than a dry-erase pen.
